The aim of the Fund is to perform charity work in the interests of the society and to provide financial and informational help to Bukovinian children affected by cancer and leukemia as well as to their parents.
Objectives of the Fund:
- to contribute to the practical implementation of regional and local programs aimed at improvement of social and economic situation of sick children;
- to provide charity help to children affected by cancer and leukemia;
- to contribute and initiate programs, events, large-scale campaigns and events aimed at fund raising for children affected by cancer and leukemia;
- to contribute to health protection, healthy life style promotion, improvement of the environmental conditions;
- to contribute to the protection of motherhood and childhood;
- to contribute to the implementation of scientific, educational and charity programs taking into consideration local, regional and state problems which are being simultaneously solved by local and state authorities;
- to provide moral and financial help to those in need via humanitarian, social and charity programs;
- to accept and to provide humanitarian aid;
- to provide on volunteer basis organizational, methodological, material and financial aid to institutions and citizens who contribute to the improvement of children’s health;
- to finance projects and programs aimed at fulfillment of the Aims stated in the Statute of the Fund;
- to engage monetary funds, including in foreign currency, from legal entities and individuals, both national and foreign, in order to fulfill the Aims of the Statute of the Fund;

Our Fund helps children affected by cancer and leukemia. If your child is affected by this tragedy, we will try to do our best. But in order to be able to transfer your request to involved and sympathetic people we need a detailed letter about your situation. E.g. if the issue is the cost of treatment of your child which you cannot afford, the following documents are necessary:
- an agreement with a hospital about a surgery;
- a bill issued by the hospital including banking information;
- an excerpt from the medical history of the child;
- income certificates for the parents or a decision by local social security authorities about financial situation of the family;
- the birth certificate of the child;
- your postal address, contact phone numbers;
- a photo of the child in color;
- Individual Tax-Payer number (IPN) of the person writing the letter;
- number of state insurance pension certificate of the participant.
You should write the letter in person and make sure that you include the following lines: “I do not object to mass-media coverage (including the Internet) of all the documents, medical excerpts and photos provided by me”
